Each business gets a score out of 100. No website on Google adds 45 points, and a social or directory link instead of a website adds 38. Google reviews add up to 30, a rating of 4.2 or higher adds 10, and a listed phone number adds 10. Problems found by the website check add more. 70 and above is hot, 45 to 69 is warm.

To avoid repeat pitches to the same business, it stops showing up once 3 freelancers have contacted it in a month. Leads you already contacted always stay visible to you.

No. Google's terms don't allow storing and exporting their business data, so Signboard keeps only place IDs and has no export.

No. It opens WhatsApp with your message filled in and you press send from your own number. The WhatsApp button shows for Indian mobile numbers. Landlines get a Call button instead.
