Signboard for small web agencies
Signboard works for a two to five person agency if each person uses their own account: there is no team plan or shared lead list yet. Each account gets its own searches, leads and follow-up reminders.
Can a team share leads?
Not yet. Leads, statuses and follow-ups belong to one account. Shared leads for small teams are planned, with no date yet.
Each teammate counts as a separate freelancer for hiding businesses: one stops showing once 3 people have contacted it in 30 days.
How do you split the work?
Give each person different areas or business types. On Pro, one search can combine up to 3 business types, and each person gets 150 searches a month.
Can reports show your agency?
Yes. A report shows "Prepared by" with a link when the account's profile has a portfolio link, so put your agency's site there.
What does it cost for a team?
Each account is priced on its own: Free, or Pro at ₹499 a month. There is no team discount.
