Finding your first web design client with Signboard
If you have no clients yet, start with local businesses that have no website at all: Signboard scores them highest and gives you a message to send on WhatsApp. The free plan is enough to start, and you can try it without an account.

Google sometimes has no website for a business that does have one. Each lead without a site has a Search for a website link; use it before you pitch.
What do you say in the first message?
Signboard fills in a short message in English, Hindi or Marathi with your name and the business's name. You can edit it before you send it from your own WhatsApp.
If the business has a website, the website check gives you specific problems to mention instead of a general offer.
What does it cost to start?
Nothing. Without an account you get 2 searches a day, saved in your browser. A free account gives you 20 searches a month, synced across devices, with no card needed.
What Signboard doesn't do
It doesn't build the website, and it doesn't send messages for you. You press send on WhatsApp, and you do the work once a business says yes.
